Insurance

I am an in-network provider with Optum, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, and several other plans that fall under these umbrellas. If you are unsure if I am in-network with your plan, please feel free to contact me.

Private Pay

If you do not have insurance or opt to not use your insurance, my services are available for private pay. My rate for an 60-minute individual therapy session is $145.

Sliding Scale

I am deeply passionate about improving accessibility to quality mental health care. When it is needed, I can offer a sliding scale fee for my services for those who qualify.
